PREMIERE: Holly Gives You The 'Evil Eye' With Latest Single – FUXWITHIT

In the bass music community, the general trend for an artist is they’ll only have a few successful releases in a given year. Holly has been a consistent enigma in this regard, having several hundred confirmed releases already, and many many more that even haven’t had the right time to come out, or may never actually see the light of day. A veritable steam engine that just keeps on pushing on, this man doesn’t slow down for anything, with his pace seeming to even pick-up even further as of late. Within the last three months, he’s released his Alameda 1000 EP, a collab with Zeds Dead titled ‘Asteroid‘, a collaborative EP with Machinedrum titled Berry Batch, and a collab with Slushii titled ‘All Night Long.’ Now, he assaults the airwaves once again with his never-ending campaign of production prominence with ‘Evil Eye,’ a relentless bass-filled banger out on Music High Court, and we’ve had the pleasure of premiering it right here on FUXWITHIT.

With a name like ‘Evil Eye’, you already know it’s going to be as diabolical as possible. In true Holly form, he didn’t disappoint, as you can almost hear his maniacal laughter in the background as the grime washes over your body. Evoking vibes that float freely between mad scientist and necromancer, listeners will be left wildly wiggling to their heart’s desire, while also feeling at their max wicked capabilities. Putting the experimental rightly in experimental trap, ‘Evil Eye’ incorporates a lot of elements from bass music that aren’t associated with traditional trap stylings, giving this track even more attitude and individuality. But those two elements, attitude and individuality, seem to be at the forefront of everything Holly stands for, and are assuredly exemplified throughout the entirety of his discography, and even more so in this most recent example.
