Diddy accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in the presence of two celebrities
Five more cases have been filed against Diddy and the crime charged is always the same: sexual assault. One of these 5 new victims would have been only 13 years old when she was allegedly abused by the rapper.
As reported by NBC News, the five civil suits were filed on Sunday, October 20 in the Southern District of New York by attorney Tony Buzbee. In their accusations the victims describe
detailing alleged incidents of sexual assault that occurred between 2000 and 2022. Two of the lawsuits were filed by men, while the other three were filed by women, including one who said she was only 13 years old at the time of the alleged rape.
In the lawsuit filed by the woman who was 13 years old at the time, it is stated that the rape occurred at an MTV VMA afterparty on September 7, 2000 and that several celebrities were present and participated in the alleged rape.
The woman stated “I was looking for a place to rest and went into what I thought was an empty bedroom so I could lie down for a moment as I was feeling after having a drink at the party.
Soon after, Combs entered the room, with him were two celebrities, one male and one female”. The girl was allegedly raped first by the male celebrity and then by Combs while those present witnessed both rapes.
Diddy is currently behind bars awaiting trial which is expected to begin in May next year. He has denied all charges against him and his legal team is currently trying to identify all the anonymous people who have filed cases against him.
