Traffik was convicted of mistreating Jordan Jeffrey Baby in prison
Jordan and Traffik were sentenced respectively to 4 years and 4 months and 5 years and 4 months, with the racial aggravating circumstance, for having robbed a Nigerian worker boy in Monza and having released the video of the attack on YouTube.
They also shared the same prison in Pavia, where Jordan Jeffrey Baby was held taken his life in March.
Now Traffik has been sentenced to 3 years and 1 month by the Court of Pavia on charges of mistreatment for inflicting physical and psychological suffering on his cellmate Jordan Jeffrey Baby.
It appears that Traffik had threatened and beaten Jordan a few days before he took his own life in prison. For his part, Jordan had told his father about the violence he had suffered and already a year before his death his lawyer had declared that he was at risk of suicide, since he had repeatedly attempted to take his own life.
