Tamar And Evelyn “Ms. E” Braxton Land ‘Cooking Sessions’ TV Series
Tamar and Evelyn “Ms. E” Braxton welcome fans into their kitchen in a brand new series. Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E. promises family, food, and a side of tea while the mother-daughter duo throws down some of their favorite dishes. As they whip up traditional meals, the women playfully compete on who makes the best version of family recipes.
A trailer previewing the series gives a glimpse of Tamar and Ms. E bonding through conversation and laughter with foods including sautéed cabbage, cheeseburgers, and chicken alfredo. Trina Braxton also makes a guest appearance. The series is set to premiere on Wednesday, March 26 at 9 p.m. ET/CT on CLEO TV.

As described in a press release, Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E., features “soulful recipes,” and “heartfelt conversations” with the hosts “creating an experience that feels like an intimate, family gathering! They’re opening the doors to their Braxton family kitchen to celebrate life, laughs, and inspire fans with stories and flavors that honor their culture, family, and resilience.”
Cooking Sessions with Tamar and Ms. E is produced by Powerhouse Productions, with Rochelle Brown and Sonia Armstead serving as Executive Producers, and Kenneth Colbert as Senior Producer. Tamar Braxton also serves as an Executive Producer for Tamar Braxton Productions, and Evelyn Braxton. Austyn Biggers is the Senior Vice President of Programming and Production and Susan Henry is the VP, Original Programming and Production for CLEO TV.
