Mariah The Scientist Arrested 2 Months After Fighting Young Thug’s Ex-GF In Atlanta Club
Two months after Mariah The Scientist was apparently seen on video engaging in a brawl with Young Thugs ex-girlfriend, the singer has now been arrested and booked for the altercation, TMZ Hip-Hop reports.
Reportedly, Thugga’s old flame, Cleopatra Dues, went to the Zone 2 precinct in Fulton County on March 29 and reported that Mariah, neé Mariah Amani Buckles, attacked her at the Cavo Kitchen and Cocktail lounge. According to TMZ, the To Be Eaten Alive artist was just arrested this week and booked in Atlanta Wednesday night (May 1) following Dues’ reports that Mariah attacked her “for no apparent reason.”
On March 28, a video went viral showing a woman, who resembled the “Always N Forever” crooner, being separated from her opponent before being shown on the ground tussling. When the woman stood up, she fixed her clothing and hair, revealing a clearer view of her face.
Now, Dues claims that she was the woman on the floor. She says Mariah grabbed her, ripped her wig off and dragged her on the table and floor, leaving bruises on her legs and feet.

Earlier this year, the 26-year-old went viral after a video leaked showing a very private jail conversation between her and her beau, Young Thug.
In the now-memed clip, Mariah can be heard saying “Merry Christmas” to the YSL boss and thanking him for buying her cuban link necklaces. In return, he questioned the weight of the 14k neckpiece around her neck and joked that she “looks like a rapper now.”
Mariah then gave him kisses through the glass divider, as she also asked him, “Daddy am I your baby?” — which has become a viral meme and phrase on social media.
Mariah The Scientist’s team has yet to address the altercation publicly.
