Rhove Sentenced to Month in Prison for Filming La Province #2 Video
Do you remember the video of Rhove’s La Province #2? To shoot it Rhove had arranged for his fans to meet La Province #2, Rhove arranges for his fans to meet at 2:00 pm at Stazione Centrale in Milan and at 5:00 pm at Mazzo di Rho in Via Ghandi 21. No dress code, but Rhove had asked his fans to show up on bikes. It was May 18, 2022. More than two years later, Rhove was sentenced to one month in prison and a fine of 100 euros. This is the sentence inflicted (with a suspended sentence and without mention) by the Milan court on Rhove, because those two demonstrations were not communicated to the police headquarters and caused traffic and public order problems.
The following week, it was May 29, 2022, Rhove had arranged to meet fans at the sports center in via Cornaggia in Rho to shoot a video and announce the arrival of Provinciale Ep, released on June 8, 2022.
Even in this case, however, the police had not been notified and there were no security personnel present in the building.
A file was opened on the case against the rapper and the organizers and the public prosecutor had requested three months for violation of article 18 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety. In essence, the charge was the failure to notify the police of two demonstrations organized in public places. The one-month sentence was imposed by judge Paola Filippini and was less than the request “taking into account the positive procedural behavior”.
