Niko Pandetta has been released from prison

After three years in prison, where he was held for drug dealing with a sentence of 4 and a half years, Niko Pandetta was released.

He himself announced this with a video published on his Instagram profile, in which he is seen leaving prison.

A few days ago, Niko Pandetta expressed his frustration at not having yet obtained his freedom and took it out on his colleagues who did not take a stand on the injustices he had suffered.

These are his words:

I’ll finish my sentence in less than a year. Today came yet another rejection of an alternative measure.

Ask around your acquaintances how many they know who are still in prison with less than a year left to go. I’ll tell you, almost no one.

At this point I am afraid that no judge will want to take the responsibility of putting his signature on a measure that would have been taken for 99% of prisoners, it is easily granted to murderers and rapists but not to me.

Unfortunately the judges do not judge Vincenzo Pandetta but Niko. They are afraid of media exposure because for the first time my lawyer told me: “I don’t know what to do more than this, everything was perfect“.

Since I am not allowed to fight through legal means, I will use everything in my power to fight these injustices.

Then to all these “street” rappers… I see you trying to keep me quiet when I go out by writing to mutual friends and keeping quiet when I then suffer injustices. You see we’re not okay. You can’t accredit yourself in certain environments as my friends and then sit back and use things to happen.

Anyone who doesn’t take a stand on my issues doesn’t have the approval to mention my name so as not to get slapped behind the ears.

Fake criminals. Easy women. Friends who defame.

This is the world we live in today”.
