As reported by Hot New Hip Hop, Diddy reportedly set Kid Cudi’s car on fire.

Prosecutors referenced the incident in a 16-page letter they filed to fight Diddy’s bail request, which was ultimately denied.

Cudi is not named in the documents released by TMZ, but the incident is believed to be consistent with statements Cassie made in her lawsuit against Diddy. Specifically, she admitted to having had a “brief relationship” with Cudi and that Diddy plotted to blow up Cudi’s car.

Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him, has failed to post bail and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
