Ye Hit With New Sex Trafficking Allegations From Former Assistant

Lauren Pisciotta, a former assistant of Ye’s who worked with the controversial artist from 2021 to 2023, has filed a second amended complaint in her lawsuit against the Chicago rapper after previously accusing him of sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
Pisciotta first filed suit against Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, in June 2024 for sexual harassment, first amending the complaint in October with additional accusations of sexually assaulting and drugging her. This new amendment finds Piscotta accusing him of assault, battery, sex trafficking, stalking and false imprisonment, among other allegations, as per documents obtained by TMZ.
“Ye subjected Ms. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch Ye perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused,” reads this latest filing.

Ye is also accused of forcibly kissing Pisciotta on the mouth, forcibly touching her vagina, and forcibly grabbing her by the throat, alleging that, “on one occasion, Ye attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers,” while another time, “he orally raped her without her consent.”
She also claims that Ye offered her up sexually to a friend in exchange for that friend allowing Ye to sleep with his partner.
As for the sex trafficking accusation, Pisciotta claims Ye made “fraudulent promises of career advancement” in exchange for her “acquiescence” to his sexual contact and used “force and coercion to obtain compliance with his sexual demands.” She also claims she was fired in 2023 for refusing the advances.
A rep for Ye previously told Rolling Stone, however, that Pisciotta was, “terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct.”

They also accused her of “blackmail and extortion,” as detailed in a statement released following Pisciotta’s initial lawsuit.
“It is well documented how Ms. Pisciotta consistently used sexual coercion in an attempt to demand not only money but material items, namely Hermes Birkin bags, a Lamborghini, and an endless quest for plastic surgery,” a portion of the statement read. “Upon having her advances rebuked, Pisciotta’s blackmail demands have gone from $60M last year to $50M in last week’s frivolous filing. Such behavior is entirely inconsistent with someone who claims to have been sexually harassed or experienced a hostile work environment.
“It is evident that Ms. Pisciotta leveraged her association with Ye and his company, and her proximity to him, to seek material gains, clout, and employment through inappropriate means. Her initial attempt at a lawsuit for unlawful termination gained no media traction, leading her to fabricate headlines following threats of blackmail and extortion.”
Reps for Ye have yet to address these latest accusations.
