Savannah James Doesn’t Want Lebron Calling Her ‘Wifey’ Ever
Savannah James doesn’t like the term “wifey” and told her husband Lebron not to call her that—ever.
In a clip that’s making its rounds on social media, the ultimate basketball wife who is infusing the term with style and grace had to be educated on the difference between a side chick and a sneaky link and their relationship to the wife.
When asked what the difference between the side chick and the sneaky link was, James quickly answered, “nothing, nothing.”
But then she turned to the other people in the room asking, “young people? Help us, we’re old.”
An unnamed person replied, “a majority of the time, your main girl knows about the side chick.”
James replies, “it’s demonic out here.”
That’s when she continues, “I hate, loathe the term wifey. I had to politely tell my husband back in the day. You think you know, but you have no idea.”
The video stops at that point, but not before social media has their say. Plenty of people are already speculating that a debate is going to be sparked from James’ thoughts. Is there a true difference between the sneaky link and the side chick? Should there be a difference?
Is Savannah James doing too much by not wanting to be called wifey?
Is wifey a term of endearment—not to be confused with the actual wife?
Is there a difference between the wifey and wife; like there’s an alleged difference between the side chick and the sneaky link?
