Misa Hylton Defends Sons Justin And Christian Combs Following Diddy House Raids

Misa Hylton has broken her silence following the raids on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami. Her son, Justin, as well as Christian Combs —whom Diddy shared with the late Kim Porter—were among those at the LA residence at the time of the raid.

Hylton shared video footage of the raid on Instagram along with a statement where she expressed how Justin and Christian experienced “overtly militarized force” as an “attempt to humiliate and terrorize” them.

The 51-year-old captioned the video, “The over zealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression. The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!”

She added, “Enough is Enough! Did Justin need several laser beams from firearms pointed at his chest?? Did Christian need a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed??
How many times have we seen young UNARMED BLACK MEN not make it out of these types of situations alive??”

Hylton did confirm that Justin‘s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, would be investigating to see if Homeland Security—who executed the raid—used excessive force, which she deemed as “unnecessary and certainly not required by this search warrant.”

The fashion pioneer concluded the post by stating, “We will fight for justice utilizing every imaginable resource. I’m not with the propaganda!!!!” Similar verbiage was used by Diddy’s attorney who said the raid involved “military level force.”

In recent years, Hylton and her son’s father have been at odds. Last June when Justin was arrested on a DUI charge, she blamed Diddy. In a series of cryptic posts from her Instagram story, she wrote, “Everyone has to sit around for years and act like there isn’t anything wrong with you. This where the buck stops for me. I’m not protecting no one anymore, just my son [100 emoji].”

She later added, “The statement ‘a fish rots from the head down’ means that, in addition to being a major contributing factor in a family or organization’s success, leadership is also the root cause of its failure and demise. The Truth shall set you free.”

Hylton addressed Diddy’s former Chief of Staff, Kristina Khorram, directly. “And Kristina if you ever try to handle me again, I will go straight across your head!!!! Stay out the way. You are a nice person. Everyone is tough until it’s time to be tough.” This came just months before Cassie filed her lawsuit against Diddy.
