Lil Kim Brings 10 Y.O. Daughter Out For Rare Public Appearance At 6th Annual Pow(H)er Awards
Lil Kim and daughter Royal Reign attended Thursday’s (Nov. 21) 6th Annual Pow(H)er Awards, where the Queen Bee was honored as the Pow(H)er Woman of the Year.
Taking place at The Dream Hotel in New York City, the Hip-Hop icon born Kimberly Jones beamed as she entered the venue with her 10-year-old daughter. While the youngster was casually chic in a denim look, her mother turned heads in a pink Emilio Pucci bodysuit, matching scarf, black boots and oversized sunglasses. The honor is well-deserved for the Brooklyn rapper, whose undeniable influence can be found in several of today’s biggest artists.
“The GOAT is Lil’ Kim, for sure,” Atlanta rapper Latto recently said of the New York native. “[A] fashion icon, [with] timeless music, timeless looks, gon’ forever be a staple, in not only rap, but female rap. She is a queen for real, like off camera, she a queen… I love her.”
In addition to the Hard Core artist, Former NFL player and CBS Mornings co-host Nate Burleson was also recognized as the second Power(H)im Man Of The Year.
