Klay Thompson Says He’s “In Love” With Megan Thee Stallion While On Adorable Golf Date

Klay Thompson isn’t just catching feelings, he’s also hitting more hole-in-ones than ever before — thanks to the love he’s found in Megan Thee Stallion.

The Dallas Mavericks shooting guard and Houston rapstress gave fans a front-row seat to their recent golf date on Wednesday (July 23), when Megan shared a video recap of their outing filled with kisses, golf cart runs, and outfit selections.

In the clip, Meg showed her NBA boyfriend giving her options to wear that he picked out himself from Academy Sports + Outdoors. He showed her options that included a pink or black skirt with either a lavender or white top. Ultimately, Meg opted for the pink skirt and white top. Klay sported black shorts, a blue polo, and a “Protect your energy” dad hat.

“You picked it? You think it’s cute?” she asked about her outfit at one point. “Uh-huh. You even got the cute shoes on and the shirt. I did well,” he responded. “I’m really proud of myself.”

As the couple rode around the course, they stopped to sit beside a fish-filled lake, took a few puffs of a cigar, and Meg even got a one-on-one golf lesson from her beau.

Feeling confident about his good game, Klay jokingly calling himself Tiger Woods and dubbed Megan his “good luck charm.” He added at the end of the video, “Ever since I’ve been in love, my golf game’s reaped all the benefits.”

The two sparked dating rumors earlier this month after Megan posted a pic with a low-key Klay in the background. They made their official red carpet debut on July 16 at her inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in NYC, where she gushed that her favorite thing about Klay is that he’s “the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life.”

She also dished on them sharing the same zodiac sign of Aquarius, stating to VIBE, “I didn’t know how it was gonna work at first, but this is probably the best move I ever made, yes.”
