Klay Thompson Gets Handsy With Megan Thee Stallion As She Opens Labubu Dolls

Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson are officially in their soft-launch-to-hard-launch era — now showing just how affectionate and generous they are with one another.

The Grammy-winning rapper and the Dallas Mavericks star have been quietly leaning into their new romance, as Megan most recently shared a now-deleted TikTok video unboxing several Labubu dolls — courtesy of the NBA star.

Though Klay never appeared on camera, his presence was unmistakable. In the background of the video, the 35-year-old could be heard mumbling offscreen before Megan playfully shushed him. She closed out the TikTok by thanking her “baby” for the thoughtful gifts, referring to Klay multiple times with affectionate nicknames as he rubbed on her thighs.

The post added fuel to the dating rumors that started last week when Megan casually shared a poolside photo dump on July 9, featuring what appeared to be a low-key cameo from Thompson.

On Saturday (July 13), Thompson added to the speculation by posting his own Bahamas vacation photos. One image showed him holding hands with a woman whose face was turned away from the camera, but the bright pink nails, big hair, and unmistakable silhouette were enough for fans to connect the dots.

“Treat her right, she deserves it,” one person commented with another adding, “Sista, I like this one—he don’t have no kids and he loves Jesus.”

Before this new romance, Megan was linked to Chicago Bulls forward Torrey Craig in the summer of 2024. The two participated in a TikTok couple’s challenge last July, pointing at each other with their eyes closed as they answered questions about their relationship. Megan later deleted the clip, but the internet didn’t forget.

Their rumored connection came with its own controversy earlier this year when a woman named Jasmine Elizabeth shared alleged DMs between herself and Craig in January 2025. Craig responded indirectly with a post of laughing emojis, later sharing a photo of Megan on his Instagram Story in a public show of support.

As for Thompson, the NBA veteran has kept his dating life largely private. The four-time NBA champion is currently navigating his first offseason with the Mavericks after signing a three-year, $50,000,000 contract with Dallas in July 2024. His move ended a 13-year run with the Golden State Warriors, where he became a household name and helped lead the team to four titles.
