Joe Budden Says He Knows So Much About Drake Due To Their Mutual “Love For Escorts”

Joe Budden claims that the majority of the information he gets regarding Drake‘s beefs and dealings comes via women who provide escorting services to high profile individuals.

During a recent episode of the Joe Budden Podcast, the Jersey native and his cohosts were joined by DJ Akademiks, who accused Budden of “hating” on Drake at various points throughout his career. In an attempt to clarify his seeming fixation on the rap star, Budden alleged that many of his takes regarding Drake are the result of word of mouth from other women who’ve been in his circumference.

“I think most of my Drake intel today comes from my love of escorts,” Joe explained at one point during the conversation. “I’m not trying to be funny. The escorts just always know. The escorts are ground level to it all. The escorts are the CIA of the subway system.”

Joe Budden has been vocal in his critique of Drake over the past decade, regularly speaking on the Toronto native’s musical releases and their correlation to the inner-workings of his personal life.

Recently, the former Def Jam rapper alluded to Drake having an obsession with women and a lack of regard for the men in their lives. During a recent Joe Budden Podcast episode, the “Pump It Up” creator alleged that the common denominator between Drake and many of his adversaries are that women are involved and in part responsible for the resulting drama that ensues.

“While you’re looking, what you see is a woman at the center of Drake and Future,” the 43-year-old began. “You see a woman at the center of Drake and Metro. We know a woman was at the center of Drake and [DJ] Drama. If you’re in the know, you know at some point, it was a woman between Drake and another name that I won’t say. It’s my man, though.”

“At every turn you make, sh*t… the girl that came out to do the feature, and then went back home and got divorced from her husband,” he continued, referencing OVO singer Naomi Sharon.

“Bobbi Althoff came out and this one is just throwing sh*t out there, and then magically was getting a divorce from her husband. And there’s at least 10 examples I’m leaving out of this out of respect, but when you start to look at this picture of this person who is just running amuck out here and then you hear this music. When I hear y’all, it sound’s like y’all keep making the separation of art.”
