GloRilla Revisits Her Early Days At Checkers & Rally’s With New Signature $4 Meal

GloRilla is living proof that where you start can actually be where you end up — but in an even better position.
The Memphis-bred rap star has teamed up with Checkers & Rally’s to serve her very own “$4 Unbeatable Meal Deal,” which is a fast-food full-circle moment for her as she once worked there as a drive-thru crew member.
Glo’s new meal combo includes the options of either a Cheese Double, Spicy Chicken, or her signature BBQ Jacked Burger, plus fries, a drink, and an apple pie — all for under five bucks. The chain announced the collab this week via Instagram with the caption, “Glo Da P ain’t ever steered you wrong… That’s a full plate for a lil’ price. Pull up NOW.”
The promo clip also shows the “Yeah Glo!” rapstress in full Checker’s regalia before transitioning into a flashy performance ensemble. “Watch me cook,” she says about her new meal — a play on the lyrics from her hit song “Let Her Cook.” See below.
For Glo, this partnership is deeper than a brand deal, it’s personal. “Checkers is where I got my start, and now I’ve got a meal deal with my name on it,” she said in a statement. “Life comes with ups and downs, but this moment means a lot to me.”
Scott Johnson, Chief Marketing Officer of Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc., added, “This is the boldest meal deal in fast food. GloRilla brings her fearlessly original spirit to everything she touches, and this collaboration celebrates her roots, our shared commitment to flavor, and the kind of value that turns heads and fills stomachs.”
Adding to the nostalgia, back in 2022 a TikTok video surfaced of Glo clocked in with her headset on, while she went Live at work. “Found this gem of GloRilla working at Checkers [or] Rally’s,” a TikToker captioned the clip.
In the footage, the now-26-year-old kept herself entertained on a live stream while managing drive-thru duties. At one point a coworker in the background could be heard complaining about the building being cold, as Glo mimicked an earlier customer asking for free food.
In the midst of telling a viewer on her live: “What’s up, gap?… Boy, you better get yo’ ugly a** back before I block yo’ lil ugly lame a**,” she still took a customer’s order like a pro. “How may I help you?… A number two? Medium or large?” she asks. See below.

Glo’s latest endeavor comes after she was recently arrested after her Georgia home was allegedly broken into while she was performing at the WNBA All-Star Game in Indianapolis. Taking to X, Glo gave her side of the story. “CRAZY,” she wrote. “My house got home invaded… and instead of focusing on finding the suspects, they focus on some cannabis.”
She clarified, “1. So no I wasn’t busted. 2. My house got robbed. 3. I wasn’t home… Long story short: My house gets home invaded and I’m the only one that gets arrested. So that’s tea.”
Her legal team echoed her statement, calling out the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office for what they described as misplaced priorities. Attorneys Marissa Goldberg and Drew Findling wrote, “Ms. Woods was out of town when her residence became a target… What they didn’t know was that she had family staying with her who were traumatized by the violent entrance of this group who grabbed high-value jewelry before taking off once they realized the home wasn’t vacant.”
Despite the setbacks, GloRilla continues to win. See her latest deal with Checkers & Rally’s above.
