Fivio Foreign In Jail Since Top Of 2024

Fivio Foreign has been charged and confined in New Jersey for unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, and aggravated assault. TMZ is reporting that the rapper, né Maxie Lee Ryles III, was put behind bars at the top of year after being accused of pointing a gun at a woman. It’s alleged that this was in response to the woman asking Fivio to jumpstart her car.

Legal documents detail the drill artist giving the unnamed woman a stern warning, allegedly saying, “If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a f**king problem.”

Onlookers witnessed the ordeal and phoned 911 to alert them of the rapper’s actions. After using surveillance to corroborate events, Fivio was arrested on Jan. 18.

Ryles’ lawyer, Adam Lustberg, responded to the report saying the state’s case is weak, and he expects his client will be free in a matter of months.

Before getting locked up, Fivio Foreign was in the wake of issuing a diss track against Plaqueboymax. An incident where he and Lil Tjay had been kicked out of the Internet personality’s home went viral. Thus “Plaqueboymax” took aim at the content creator for the disrespect.

And my real name Max/ And I really got plaques/ Double digits, no cap/ I’m the real Plaqueboymax, Plaqueboymax, Plaqueboymax, Plaqueboymax/ I’m the real Plaqueboymax,” Fivio raps in a snippet released on TikTok.

Max reacted to the song in a livestream, dismissing Fivio’s efforts an attempt to “stir up some beef.” The internet personality explained, “Every time I hear this song, I will be hitting ‘Not Interested, reason: other,’” Max said. “If they got harassment, I’ll click that sh*t. … But not on my TikTok. This not For You page. Sorry. Can’t do it. No sir.”

Maybe Fivio will have his chance to go at Max again if his lawyer is right and he is, indeed, released in a couple of months.
