Bruno Mars Had This To Say About His Alleged Gambling Debt In Las Vegas

Bruno Mars is once again poking fun at persistent rumors surrounding his alleged gambling debts in Las Vegas.
Following a recent live performance, the Grammy-winning superstar took to Instagram on Monday (July 14) after joining BLACKPINK’s Rosé on stage during her Los Angeles show. The pair performed their 2024 chart-topping collaboration “APT.” together, and Mars couldn’t resist slipping in a tongue-in-cheek reference to the ongoing speculation.
“Almost out of debt BehhhhhBehhhhh!!!” Mars wrote in his Instagram post, before giving a playful shoutout to Rosé, “Preciate You ROSAAAAYYYYYY!!!!”

This lighthearted comment comes amid years of speculation about the singer’s financial dealings in Las Vegas. Last year, an anonymous source reportedly told NewsNation that Mars “owed millions to the MGM” and that his frequent performances at the casino’s venues were, in part, to repay his alleged debt.
“[MGM] basically owns him. He makes $90 million a year off of the deal he did with the casino, but then he has to pay back his debt,” the source claimed.
MGM Resorts International has firmly denied these allegations. In a statement to Complex, the company said, “We’re proud of our relationship with Bruno Mars, one of the world’s most thrilling and dynamic performers.

“From his shows at Dolby Live at Park MGM to the new Pinky Ring lounge at Bellagio, Bruno’s brand of entertainment attracts visitors from around the globe. MGM and Bruno’s partnership is longstanding and rooted in mutual respect.”
They added, “Any speculation otherwise is completely false; he has no debt with MGM. Together, we are excited to continue creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.”

This isn’t the first time Mars has addressed the chatter with humor. Earlier this year, after the release of “Fat Juicy & Wet,” his raunchy collaboration with Sexyy Red, he joked on Instagram, “keep streaming… I’ll be out of debt in no time.”
Mars remains a Vegas mainstay, having recently announced nine additional shows under his lucrative Park MGM residency, scheduled for Aug. 22, 23, 26, 27, 30, 31 and Sept. 3, 5, and 6.
