Anthony Edwards’ Girlfriend Speaks On Ayesha Howard Allegedly Having His Baby
Anthony Edwards is riding high when it comes to his NBA career, but has been surrounded in drama off the court, as the 23-year old is believed to have welcomed a child with influencer — and rapper Lil Baby’s ex — Ayesha Howard. Following the birth of the newborn, Edwards’ girlfriend, Shannon Jackson, took to social media to address those who believe he stepped out on her and got another woman pregnant.
“Y’all just finding out,” Shannon exclaimed within the clip captured by TNT. “The fake outrage that y’all having….y’all want me to be hurt…I’m hard body, baby.”
Jackson, apparently unbothered, also asked those questioning her relationship to show their bank accounts while she shows her own. Check out the clip below.
According to documents obtained by PageSix, Edwards filed a petition for paternity and child support in early October, indicating the possibility of the newborn being his. After Howard welcomed the baby on Oct. 14, Edwards filed new paperwork requesting DNA testing by a “neutral and licensed laboratory,” according to documents obtained by Us Weekly. Howard announced the birth of her daughter on Oct. 23.
Jackson and Edwards went public with their relationship in 2020, with Jackson sitting court side during many of his NBA games. The couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Aislynn, in March of this year.
Edwards has previously faced similar accusations of cheating in the past, as he allegedly welcomed a child with influencer Daja in September of 2023, and another child with a woman named Ally D just one month later in October 2023, according to Page Six.
