Ye Vows To “Get His Kids” In Emotional Rant Amid Custody Battle With Kim Kardashian

Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) has once again made headlines for an emotional and chaotic rant — this one being about the custody of his and Kim Kardashian‘s children. Covered in a black mask, the 47-year-old rapper went off in a live stream about not being able to see North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.
“Akademiks put that battery in my back, bro. I was in the airport by myself… I’mma go get these kids, man!” Ye shouted, visibly upset. “F**k all these fa**ot ni**as. I’mma go get these kids, bro. I’m talking to the lawyers… it gets to the point where I don’t lose my f**kin’ mind where I got to get used to not seeing my kids.”
This emotional outburst comes as Ye continues to express frustration with his and Kardashian’s custody arrangement and months of public outbursts. He’s previously accused Kim and her family of restricting his access to his children and even being “sex traffickers.”
Last month, he took to social media to call their custody agreement more like “visitation” in “jail” versus quality time with his kids. “I DON’T WANT TO JUST ‘SEE’ MY KIDS. I NEED TO RAISE THEM,” he explained on X in a since-deleted X post, while also voicing concerns over where his kids go to school, who they associate with, and even what they wear. “ALL THESE RIGHTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME BY THE KARDASHIAN MOB HULU AND DISNEY AND THE BIGGER AGENDA TO USE THE SELECTIVELY BRED BLACK CHILDREN TO BE PLATFORMS TO INFLUENCE BLACK PEOPLE.”
Just last week, he accused Kardashian of “taking” his kids from him, questioning why other high-profile figures like JAY-Z, Beyoncé, and even former President Trump are “letting Kim” take his kids from him in “real time.” In one particularly emotional post, he claimed that he hasn’t seen his eldest son Saint this year — though photos surfaced showing him spending time with Saint, Chicago, and Psalm in Japan earlier this year — questioning the validity of his claim.
A source close to Kardashian, however, told The Daily Mail that there are no restrictions on West seeing his children, stating, “Kim is very careful also to not put them in situations that are chaotic,” adding that “protecting her kids comes first and foremost.”
