Ice Spice And NFL Boo, Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner Maybe Go Instagram-Official

Ice Spice might have just confirmed what fans have been speculating for months — she and NFL star Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner are officially a thing.

The Bronx star revealed some sort of romance between them via Instagram on Tuesday night (April 29), with a carousel of images that included one with Gardner in a bathroom.

Among the casual selfies and behind-the-scenes shots was a photo snapped by the 24-year-old himself, showing Ice Spice leaning into him with undisguised affection. While neither party has confirmed the relationship directly, the post marks the first time either has shared a photo together publicly.

For those who don’t know, Gardner is the cornerback for the New York Jets and has earned the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year honor in 2022. Although he and Ice both have high-profile careers, somehow they have successfully kept things low-key, with only rumors of a relationship circulating.

The two first raised eyebrows when Gardner popped up in the background of one of Ice Spice’s Instagram posts earlier this year. But it was their appearance together at a UFC event that truly sent the rumors into overdrive. The two were caught on the kiss cam at the time, but instead of a sweet moment, they awkwardly turned away from each other.

UFC president Dana White didn’t mince words, joking during the livestream, “That’s her boyfriend? They’re acting like they don’t even f**king know each other.”

Aside from who she’s dating, Ice recently slipped back into her “thick again” era, much to the delight of fans who have noticed the transformation. Ice seems to be feeling her returned voluptuous look as she dropped a snippet to a song with the playful lyrics: “She got thin, but she went and got thick again,” making it clear that she “got back on her oats.”
