Kim Kardashian Considering Pursuing Sole Custody Of Children After Ye Added North West To Song With Diddy

Ye may have taken things too far this time. Kim Kardashian is reportedly considering pursuing gaining sole custody of their children after the artist formerly known as Kanye West ignored their agreement and added North West to a song with Diddy.

TMZ reports that their custody agreement included having an equal say in decisions regarding their children. Kim K was opposed to their daughter being part of the song at all, but West went ahead with letting her record it and even teased the track. “Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine” featured a phone convo between the Chicago artist and Puff, plus the controversial mogul’s son King Combs, and Jasmine Williams, an artist from Chicago.

This past Friday (March 14), the former couple attended mediation, required in time of conflict per their divorce settlement, and West agreed to not officially put out the track unless North was removed. However, the version featuring her was already circulating on the internet by that point so the damage was done. He worsened the situation for himself by tweeting “THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION” on Sunday evening (March 16).

Kim Kardashian’s decision, per TMZ, will factor in the fact that he allegedly rarely sees his kids, making physical custody a non-issue. The actress has wanted him to be more present and has gone out of her way to facilitate letting them see him since they got divorced in 2022. However, with his recent actions and ignoring the rules of their settlement, she believes that privilege should no longer be afforded to him.

West was last seen publicly with his children this past January in Japan; notably, neither North nor his wife Bianca Censori were spotted. This all took place while the Kardashian family fled Los Angeles due to the outbreak of wildfires. He reportedly hadn’t seen his children in four months before their trip overseas.
