Turk Addresses Birdman Falling Asleep During Reunion Tour Performance

In the wake of a viral clip showing Birdman seemingly dozing off during a recent live performance, Hot Boys member Turk is speaking out and offering his perspective on the incident.

According to Turk, there’s more to the situation than what people are making of it. “I don’t know what be going on, man,” Turk said during an interview with B High TV when asked about Birdman’s onstage pause.

“I be on that muthaf**ka having Turk fun. I’ve been in Turk’s world doing what I’m doing,” Turk continued, emphasizing that he was focused on his own performance and having a good time.

“They gonna always turn something into something that ain’t, you know what I’m saying?” he added, offering some context for the moment when Birdman appeared distracted. “We have different little moments where we have to look down and see what’s going on.”

When it comes to how Birdman handles criticism, Turk made it clear that Baby doesn’t let anything slow him down. “Baby don’t give a f**k,” Turk declared.

“Baby come right back out there the next day and talk some sh*t again.” The Hot Boys member further blamed the media for “spinning” the story and blowing the matter out of proportion.

“See, they put what they want to put out there,” Turk said of the press, adding that Birdman went on to perform at a subsequent concert following the incident and was just fine. “He came and he talked, and he talked his sh*t again, you know, the next show. We’re in St. Louis, you know what I’m saying?”

The Hot Boys recently wrapped up a mini reunion tour, which included stops in Tampa, Charlotte, and St. Louis.
