Plastic Surgeon Claims People Are Requesting Bianca Censori’s Body Shape Following Grammys Appearance

Bianca Censori’s nearly-naked 2025 Grammys look has now become a blueprint for plastic surgery goals. According to Dr. Christopher Costa of Platinum Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas, his office has seen a “50 percent uptake” in calls and DMs from clients eager to achieve her slim-curvaceous shape.

“We’ve had a lot of attention from this,” Dr. Costa explained to TMZ. “It speaks a lot to what women are really looking for. I think especially with plastic surgery people automatically assume that everyone wants to look very augmented and very fake essentially, but in 2025 this is the realm of the undetectable era of surgery. People want to look natural. I think her body is a really nice balance of very voluptuous and curvy, but at the same time she looks natural. She doesn’t look over the top. She just looks good.”

Dr. Costa also acknowledged just how much his clients have moved away from the extreme enhancements that once dominated the industry. See below.

For those looking to achieve the “Bianca silhouette,” the procedure would typically involve liposuction and moving fat to certain areas to strategically create an “hourglass figure.”

However, Dr. Costa emphasized that not every body type is suited for the transformation, cautioning that achieving Censori’s proportions depends on an individual’s natural body frame.

Depending on the extent of the work needed, the price tag for a Bianca-inspired makeover ranges from $30,000 to $75,000.

The plastic surgery request stems from Censori causing much conversation at the 67th Grammy Awards when she dropped her black fur trench on the red carpet, revealing her body.

Following the spectacle, her husband Ye came to her defense and made it clear that it was his wife’s choice to rock the nude look, and that she wouldn’t have done it without his approval.

“I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE,” he posted on X on Feb. 7. “THIS AINT NO WOKE A** FEMINIST SH*T SHES WITH A BILLIONAIRE WHY WOULD SHE LISTEN TO ANY OF YOU DUMB A** BROKE B**HES.”

“PEOPLE SAY THE RED CARPET LOOK WAS HER DECISION YES I DONT MAKE HER DO NOTHING SHE DOESNT WANT TO BUT SHE DEFINITELY WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL,” he continued. “YOU STUPID A WOKE PAWNS I HAVE NO RESPECT OR EMPATHY FOR ANY ONE LIVING CAUSE NO ONE LIVING CAN F*CK WITH ME BUT I DO LOVE SOME PEOPLE AND I GIVE THEM FAVOR.”

In another post on X, the Bully rhymer formerly known as Kanye West went on to thank media outlets who “recognized us and gave us back the energy we put in,” singling out American Vogue. “But I have to give a shout out to the American Vogue team for writing an article that places my wife in a strong positive light and also recognizes rightful strength.”

“People asked how would your mother feel,” he added referring to his late mother Donda West. “You don’t know my mama bi**h.”
