Max B Confirms Rumored 2025 Prison Release Date In New Interview

Max B is finally coming home. During a recent interview with the Joe Budden Podcast, the Wave God called into the latest episode of the show, where he confirmed he’ll be released from prison in November 2025. Max B relished in his forthcoming freedom and laid out his plans to go hard in music, with his sights set on collaborating with the biggest stars.

“I’m feeling righteous, man,” Max B told the crew. “I’m doing alright. This is almost over. Wavy Baby coming home real soon…Listen, I’m not going to put myself in a box. I can’t wait to get in the studio. There’s a lot of artists out there, too many to name. I’m looking forward to working with the big names, the head honchos. I’m not going to put myself in a box. I’m open for all that, but they gotta be A-list. I’m f**king with A-list. If this sh*t ain’t A-list, I can’t f**k with it.

And he isn’t lying about his musical ambitions. In 2023, the rapper issued a call to action of sorts from behind bars aimed at the best producers in the game: send Biggavel some beats.

He put the word out through his manager, Ty Black’s, Instagram page, where he began putting the pieces in place for his return to Hip-Hop.

“Ayo this the Don Veli,” the Harlem native began. “I’m calling you ni***s out, I’m calling out all ya’ll producers. I’m bout to get ready to hit the scene in a minute. Gimme some tracks. Get them sh*ts to my man Black so we can wave up. Imma have that sh*t already lined up. We wave up, we go to the studio, we make history. I need waves. Get me loopy. I want that new sound. Out, f**k with ya boy Max Biggavel EMG boss ni**a. Wavy.”

However, his music may precede his November 2025 release. According to TMZ, the rapper’s catalog will soon make its way to streaming services sometime this month. Most of Max’s music is available via the Library of a Legend compilations and hasn’t seen any official releases.
