The Most Shocking Claims From Diddy’s Federal Indictment

Building A Case Since 2008?

It turns out the feds have been building a case against Sean Combs since 2008. The Justice Department claimed to have had eyes on Combs’ operation since the late 2000s, tracking his movements and actions, such as his abuse of women.

The detention memo alludes to broad incidents involving the mogul partaking in violent behavior that is categorized as “serious acts of violence.”

These actions include “forcing and coercing women to participate in sexual activity, including sex acts with commercial sex workers, by using physical force, financial pressure, emotional abuse, and narcotics.”

Bad Boy: Criminal Enterprise

Federal prosecutors have asserted throughout both legal manuscripts that Combs Enterprises is nothing more than a criminal corporation. As per the detention missive, feds do acknowledge that Combs is a successful businessman who has made a ton of money from his music and personal brand.

However, due to the criminal conduct exercised over this particular case, prosecutors have surmised that the enterprise may solely exist to “fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”

Sean Combs’ empire is said to have been built on keeping the mogul empowered while feeding his thirst for exploiting women for his needs.

Sex Trafficking

Sean Combs has been accused of running an elaborate sex trafficking ring that stretched almost a full decade, from 2009 until about 2018, if not longer.

The detention memo cites that the alleged trafficking would usually take place in “private settings not easily monitored.” For example, if the “Freak Offs” weren’t at ornate hotels, then Puffy would allegedly hold them at his house, hence the abundance of baby oils and lubricants found at his crib, or at his female victim’s homes.

Using the “power and prestige” of Diddy‘s front-facing image, his cronies would employ his rank as a means to “intimidate, threaten, and lure female victims” to participate in these parties after deceiving them under the false pretense of getting into a romantic relationship with Diddy.

Sean Combs and his team would also transport male sex workers “across state lines and internationally” to participate in the parties. Diddy associates would be responsible for booking hotels, gathering drugs, “baby oil, lubricant, lighting” before the “Freak Offs” and “mitigating room damage” after they were finally done.

Drug-Riddled “Freak Offs”

The “Freak Offs,” widely ridiculed, joked upon, and rightfully shamed, have appeared across both the indictment and detention documents. As per the legal docs, these “elaborate and produced” sex parties are at the center of the Combs Enterprise underbelly and would typically last “multiple days.”

“Freak Offs” were fueled by a litany of controlled substances, such as ketamine, ecstasy, GHB, cocaine, and more, to “keep the victims obedient and compliant” during the nightmares. These sessions would be recorded, sometimes without the participants knowing, as victims engaged in sexual activity with commercial sex workers. The documents state that Combs was the mastermind behind these “Freak Offs” as he directed, arranged, and even “masturbated” during the session as a spectator.

During the “Freak Offs,” Sean Combs subjected women to violence that would result in injuries. These injuries were so severe that they typically took days or weeks to heal properly. To aid in the recovery process from their overindulgence in drugs, Combs would allegedly administer IV fluids to himself, his victims, and participants.

Forfeiture Allegations

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, a forfeiture allegation is a statement and tool meant to deprive a criminal of the means to continue committing their crimes.

Additionally, forfeiture allegations can be employed to “break the financial backbone of organized criminal syndicates and drug cartels, and to recover property that may be used to compensate victims and deter crime.”

So, the feds are stating that Combs Enterprises is a criminal organization that needs to be seized due to how long the businesses were used in conjunction with how long Diddy has committed his heinous crimes. The feds are arguing that Combs’ businesses solely exist for the benefit of his sexual deviancy. This could lead to some, if not all, of Diddy’s businesses and properties being confiscated by the government if found guilty of violating the RICO act.

Molotov Attacks And Kidnappings

In more unhinged allegations, Sean Combs is accused of arson and kidnapping, which involved the use of a Molotov cocktail. According to the detention memo, one incident dated to December 2011 found Combs and an accomplice kidnapping an unnamed “individual at gunpoint” to aid in “breaking into and entering the residence of Individual-1’s.”

Then, about two weeks later, Diddy‘s accomplices located “Individual-1’s” car, chopped the top off, and dropped a Molotov cocktail, setting the vehicle’s interior ablaze. Combs then allegedly bragged “about his role” in the incident to friends. The document states that police reports and eyewitnesses could corroborate the incident in court.

Interestingly enough, the account detailed in the indictment matches Cassie’s claims from her explosive November 2023 lawsuit. In her suit, she claimed that Diddy was jealous that Kid Cudi had dated the singer and told her that he would blow up his car. “Around that time, Kid Cudi’s car exploded in the driveway,” the suit read. Cudi’s spokeswoman confirmed the story, saying, “This is all true.”

Obstruction And Bribery

The detention memo portion of the indictment accuses Diddy of witness tampering, using multiple employees of Combs Enterprises to pressure the victims into stating that they “agreed” to the abuse or consented to their “relationships.” Documents allege that Sean Combs used his power and influence as a way to silence and or bribe witnesses and victims of his sexual deviance. In some instances, recorded phone calls found that Combs was attempting to rewrite history with “false narratives,” recalling some of the “Freak Offs” or other abusive episodes in hopes that the witnesses would “adopt that false testimony.”

“The Government is aware, through electronic evidence, toll records, conversations with witnesses, and other evidence, that the defendant has contacted witnesses, including subpoenaed witnesses, prior to the dates on which the witnesses were required to appear before the grand jury,” the detention memo reads.

The Fed’s Investigation Isn’t Over

Both the indictment and detention memo disclose that the investigation into Diddy‘s alleged crimes has been ongoing since at least 2008/2009. However, the feds have disclosed that, despite the mountain of accusations and lawsuits pending against the mogul, federal prosecutors insist that the investigation is just getting started.

As a result of this admission, the memo states that the United States Government is “limited in its ability to fully set forth all known details of the defendant’s criminal conduct” at this time. So that means that the information revealed in both the indictment and detention memo is just the tip of the iceberg for Sean Combs—which is disturbing to think about.

Additionally, due to the ongoing investigation, “certain witness testimony” is currently being withheld until the process is complete.
